I discovered my passion for art in high school, and it has since been both a therapeutic outlet and a vital part of my career. Before founding Lauren Malone Art in 2020, I spent 13 years as a Child Life Specialist in New York City, using creativity to support patients, families and staff. 

Primarily self-taught, I work in multiple mediums, with a particular love for acrylic painting and mixed media collage. My art blends contemporary and traditional styles, thoughtfully created for pediatric and adult care environments as well as space in one's home. I aim for my work to tell meaningful stories- serving as both a joyful centerpiece and a comforting distraction that fosters connection.
